Kim Ervine graduated from Eastern University with a Health and Exercise Science Degree where she participated as a collegiate athlete in volleyball and basketball. In addition, Kim has an MBA in management from Eastern University, MS in Higher Education from Drexel University, Certificate in Finance from Cornell and is currently a Doctorate Candidate for a DBA in Strategic Management from Liberty University.

Kim has been an adjunct at various university for 17 years where she developed and taught graduate and undergraduate business students. In addition, she was the co-director of the business program at Esperanza College (North Philadelphia)

Along with Kim’s experience in higher education, she has dedicated her time as an assistant woman’s basketball coach for 10 years at various local colleges/universities. Her passion within higher education and athletics compliments her ability as a strong leader within corporate America.

In addition to Kim’s higher education experience, she has worked within the pharmaceutical world for over 20 years in the areas of R&D, Clinical Supplies, Manufacturing, Training, Drug Safety.  She had lead change management initiatives to support a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Her passion for business and mentoring others shines through as she continues to educate young minds to purse their dreams through hard work, dedication, and discipline.
