Mary Odira is currently the Director of Quality Improvement at Melmark in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, Mary provides consultation on compliance, quality management, licensing, and program evaluation.
She has been with Melmark since 2009, starting as a program manager and being promoted to director of quality improvement in December 2016.
Mary has also taught at Montgomery County Community College for three years, teaching accounting and developing course curriculum for the college.
Mary graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration, and has a Masters Degree in Education from Endicott College in Massachusetts with a concentration in applied behavioral analysis.
