Darcell is a conciliator for Montgomery County Domestic Relations Section, 38th Judicial District, Montgomery County Courthouse.  Darcell opens the line of communication between court staff, attorneys and clients to facilitate amicable resolutions pertaining to family matters that include child support, spousal support and alimony. 

Before becoming a conciliator, Darcell worked as a litigation case developer for 2 major insurance companies and also as a paralegal. She was able to utilize her paralegal skills to resolve high profile, big money litigated cases.  Darcell has played a valuable role in the quasi-judicial system for Montgomery County Courthouse.  As a conciliator, Darcell has been able to interpret the law to help attorneys and their clients make decisions in the general manner of the quasi-judicial body of court. 

Darcell has a combined 30 years insurance litigation, and conciliation experience.  Darcell believes true transformation during difficult disputes come when you can help people build skills that enhance, strengthen and continue to improve the process towards resolution.  Darcell holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from William Paterson University and a master’s degree in Human Services Management from Chestnut Hill College.
