Student may visit the Student Financial Services Office, located on the first floor of St. Joseph Hall to make payment arrangements. We offer payment plans described below.   In addition, we accept cash payments, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Students may also make payment over the phone with a credit card or online via the portal.

Graduate Deferred Payment Plan

Students in the School of Graduate Studies can participate in the Deferred Payment Plan.

This is a no-interest payment plan which enables students to pay term charges in three equal installments, rather than upfront. There is a $75 non-refundable enrollment fee each term. At the time of course registration, advise the registrar that you have applied for this option. Your first payment and the enrollment fee are due.

Undergraduate Payment Plan

Chestnut Hill College offers an interest free payment plan through Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS).  For the Spring 2018 semester, you may enroll in a 5 month payment arrangement starting in December, or a 4 month starting in January.  The 4 month payment requires a 20% down payment.  If you opt to sign up, you may do so directly at:  Nelnet Monthly Payment Plan.

The starting month for the payments are as follow:

  • 5 month, December
  • 4 month, January – this cycle requires a 20% down payment.

There is a $75.00 enrollment fee for the Nelnet Monthly Payment Plan. The $75 will be paid at the time of enrollment. The Nelnet Monthly Payment Plan is only available to students in the School of Undergraduate Studies at Chestnut Hill College.
