So, you've finally made your decision - Chestnut Hill College is the right place for you.

Your next step is to submit your Enrollment Deposit.  It's easy, and the entire process can be completed online.

The Enrollment Deposit is required of new students in order to confirm their enrollment and guarantee a space in the upcoming class. Upon matriculation and registration for classes, the new undergraduate student’s enrollment deposit is applied to that student’s account. Once the enrollment deposit is received, Chestnut Hill College will provide information about residence life, new student orientation, academic advising and registration. 

If you encounter problems submitting your enrollment deposit online, please call 215.248.7001 and we will assist you with the submission of your deposit.


To mail in your deposit, just print and fill out this Word Doc and mail it to this address:

Deposits received prior to May 1 for the Fall semester are fully refundable if the College is notified in writing prior to May 1 that the applicant is canceling his or her enrollment. 

Refunds will be processed if a written request is submitted before May 1.
