The GEO is responsible for international admissions, assisting students and faculty to prepare for study abroad experiences, and developing institutional global partnerships and programs. The GEO also serves as the College’s official site for issuing International Student, International Youth, and International Teacher identification cards that provide discounts and insurance for students, staff, and faculty traveling abroad.

The College has signed Global Exchange Program agreements with the following institutions:

These new exchange programs will create a wider variety of study abroad opportunities for studentsthat will be mutually beneficial for the College and partner institutions, providing opportunities for Chestnut Hill students to study abroad and for partner students to study at Chestnut Hill. The College has also partnered with the Mainline Chinese Cultural Center and ABD International to provide enhanced support services and to streamline the enrollment process for matriculating Chinese students.

In addition, Chestnut Hill College is creating a partnership with Foreign Language Schools International (FLS), the largest, privately-owned English as a Second Language (ESL) network in the United States.
