The Donning of the Kente Cloth Ceremony at Chestnut Hill College began in 2017. This year, the ceremony will take place on Friday, May 12th at 3:00 pm in the Redmond Room. The Kente cloth originated in Ghana and the colors on the Chestnut Hill cloth symbolize growth, energy, wealth and victory (among other things). The ceremony is designed to honor the achievements of our graduates and to celebrate diversity on campus. There will be reception in the Rotunda following the ceremony.
