Chestnut Hill College’s Accelerated Adult Degree Program is designed for the adult learner. The Organizational Dynamics major has a central focus on people in organizations and is applicable to nearly every industry. Students gain marketable skills from the analysis of individual relationships to the overarching management of the organization. Some key concepts include understanding critical organizational theory, team dynamics, effective communication, negotiation/conflict management, cultural competence, and data analytics.

Organizational Dynamics reach far beyond an organization's product or service and its processes. The study focuses on the aspects of human resources and includes the firm's cultural structure, how to motivate and inspire all levels of the organization, how to manage conflict, and how to lead change.
