On Thursday, June 11, the WHYY Live Speaker Series brings a special edition of Radio Times on the Road to Chestnut Hill College. Radio Times is an intelligent and thought-provoking program that examines local, national, and international news, explores new ideas and trends, and introduces listeners to fascinating people. In this special live program, Marty Moss-Coane will be interviewing Morning Edition’s Steve Inskeep on his new book Jacksonland: President Andrew Jackson, Cherokee Chief John Ross, and a Great American Land Grab. Steve Inskeep is a veteran interviewer, with a passion for storytelling, who has spoken to everyone from presidents to warlords to musicians. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event.
