College Named Top School for Lowest Student Debt after Graduation

PHILADELPHIA, PA – In a recent study released by The Institute for College Access & Success, Chestnut Hill College was named one of 20 public and private colleges and universities with the lowest student debt after graduation. The study, which was featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education and on Nerd Wallet.com, names Chestnut Hill as one of the top schools in the nation for having low debt levels using the Class of 2012 as their data model.

The study, which used self-reported data from colleges and universities, highlights states and institutions with high and low debt after graduation, shedding light on the financial implications of choosing a College. This is the eighth edition of the study on student loan debt at four-year institutions.
