Mindful Practices: Ground Your Work and Study from Home

Center yourself at the start of every week in grounding, spiritual practices. We’ll engage in a different practice every week - centering prayer, journaling, meditation, deep breathing, stretching, embodied prayer, the Ignatian Examen, visio divina, lectio divina, and more. We’ll present for 5 minutes on a grounding practice, engage in the practice for 10 minutes, and close our time with intention setting for the week.
