The Career Development Office is hosting a workshop for students next week to help you all become familiar with using the online job board, Handshake. We are offering the workshop over 4 days, at different times. You only need to attend one, as we will be presenting the same information at each.

Why should I go?

All jobs can be found on Handshake: Full-Time, Part-Time, Internships, Federal Work-Study, On-Campus Employment, etc.

Knowing how to use this platform will help you not only while you’re a student at Chestnut Hill College, but even after you graduate.

Handshake also has virtual events hosted by employers that are beneficial for you to attend. You can save jobs, upload your resume, and Handshake will even suggest jobs for you.

Who can go to the workshop?

Anyone and everyone! But space is limited since we are hosting this in the computer lab in St. Joseph Hall, Room 249. There are 20 computers available for students to use on a first-come, first-served basis.
