The 2023 SGS Commencement Ceremony (for students graduating with master's or doctoral degrees) will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, with a report time for graduates of 1pm, and the ceremony taking place at 3pm. A formal invitation with RSVP requirements was sent March 10, 2023 to all grads who are eligible to walk. Accommodation requests and/or physical access needs related to a disability should be made by April 7, 2023. Information on how to submit these requests will be forthcoming.

Tickets: Each student graduating from the School of Graduate Studies will receive 6 tickets for the ceremony on Thursday, May 11. Tickets can be picked up at Grad Finale on Thursday, April 20 from 4-7pm. If for any reason you cannot attend Grad Finale, you can contact gradschool@chc.edu to make alternate pickup arrangements.
