Chestnut Hill College Department of Nursing seeks an Adjunct Clinical Instructor who will be responsible for clinical education in a Medical Surgical setting for the Spring 2026 semester. Faculty will work with undergraduate second-degree baccalaureate nursing students to achieve clinical course objectives through instruction, supervision and evaluation in the clinical practice setting. The adjunct instructor will provide formative and summative evaluations and provide appropriate learning experience to support student achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate student learning in the clinical setting by coaching students to translate knowledge into the attitudes and skills required to give safe high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and instruct with individual attention to students in the clinical setting.
- Evaluate student performance in the clinical setting; provide frequent student feedback to enable success.
- Support and implement Chestnut Hill College’s Nursing Department policies and procedures
- Foster a learning environment that supports diversity and professionalism.
- Weekend clinical rotations are available.
