The NEW Chestnut Hill College Center for Nursing provides students interested in pursuing a career in nursing with intellectually rigorous programs of study enter into the Nursing Profession. These programs, approved by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing in May, 2024 will provide students with a multi-faceted approach to holistic care, Chestnut Hill College nursing graduates will be able to:

  • INITIATE and adapt to change
  • ENGAGE in critical thinking in health care innovation
  • PRACTICE bold leadership in pursuit of individual, family, community, and environmental and professional advocacy
  • SEEK knowledge wherever it presents itself in pursuit of a global culture of health

The Center for Nursing offers the following programs:

Traditional Undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Accelerated Second Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN)

For students who hold a Bachelor’s degree in another discipline and are interested in pursuing a career in Nursing, this program is a 15 month program leading to a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
