An innovative course taught by Lauren Barrow, assistant professor of criminal justice was covered by CBS3, appearing on the air on March 8 and visible online.

 

CHC was among a list of Philadelphia-area colleges and universities profiled in Phillymag.com.

 

Sister Carol Jean Vale, Ph.D., CHC’s president, was quoted extensively in a February 12 article in the National Catholic Reporter.

 

NBCNewYork.com reported that Loretta Brennan Glucksman, who earned her degree at CHC, will act as Grand Marshal of the 2018 New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade. She is co-founder of Glucksman Ireland House at New York University and Chair Emeritus of the American Ireland Fund.

 

Loyola University in New Orleans reported that Sister Kathy Duffy, Ph.D., professor of physics, director of the Interdisciplinary Honors Program and director of the Institute for Religion and Science, will speak at the university on March 14.

 

The Ambler Gazette ran a feature story about Joelle Lesniak and her career as a paramedic. She earned a BS in education from CHC and a master’s degree in public safety administration from St. Joseph’s University.

 

Publicnow.com reported that CHC student, David Tulloch, will serve a 15-week internship with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities National Internship Program.
