Admission Process for UNDERGRADUATE TRANSFER Students
Use the following Admissions Checklist to guide you through the application and enrollment process. Middle College Students or Dual Enrolled High School students should also fill out the UNDERGRADUATE TRANSFER Application.
Fill out a TRANSFER application online
Completing your application online is the quickest and most convenient method to apply to Chestnut Hill College. We are also on the Common Application.
Submit a transcript & other supporting documents
- All applicants must submit a college transcript from EACH institution where previously enrolled (even if no transferrable credits were earned).
- All applicants transferring before earning an Associateās degree must submit high school transcript prior to enrollment. ***This additional material will not hinder the admission decision.
- All applicants who have fewer than 12 completed college credits must submit high school transcript as a supporting document.
Fill out your FAFSA
Submit your FAFSA to apply for financial aid, additional grants, and scholarships. Don’t forget to add Chestnut Hill College to your School Selection list. Our FAFSA code is 003245.
Submit your enrollment deposit
Upon acceptance to Chestnut Hill College, and after all financial aid and enrollment questions have been satisfied, students must reserve their seat for the upcoming semester by submitting an enrollment deposit:
- For Fall semesters: Residents- $500, Commuters- $300
- For Spring semesters: Residents- $250, Commuters- $150
All enrollment deposits are non-refundable after June 1st for fall semesters and after December 1st for spring semesters.
