Administrative Coordinator – Clinical and Counseling Psychology (Part-time)

The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to Program Coordinators and faculty. Serving as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, graduate assistants, peer mentors, and guests, this position handles in-person, phone, and email inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer and data management, and a thorough understanding of program and college policies, procedures, and operations. This is a part-time, 12 month position.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to Program Coordinators and faculty, including managing correspondence and scheduling
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff, and refer issues as appropriate
  • Coordinate program meetings, orientations, information sessions, and events; take minutes and manage relatedlogistics
  • Assist with data collection and entry for MPCAC reports, including student surveys
  • Schedule rooms for meetings and events
  • Reproduce/distribute program documents
  • Maintain adjunct faculty lists and track semester course offerings
  • Facilitate communication and outreach to part-time instructors
  • Support faculty with student field placement records and site communications
  • Monitor office supplies and oversee daily office functions
  • Create data reports and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Maintain current student lists by concentration to support advisor communication
  • Manage and update program information on Blackboard and other platforms
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
