This Center is a hub for innovative and collaborative teaching and learning in areas that study human culture, including history, philosophy, the arts, literature, religion, foreign languages, media, communication, music, and more. Our students learn to think rationally, critically, and holistically and to communicate their thoughts and insights clearly, persuasively, and with civility. Our programs are rooted in the power of the Humanities to understand and interpret the complex human problems we face today and to develop practical skills and competencies that will position our students to shape a more humane and just future.
