Garden of Forgiveness and Forgiveness Resources

Garden of Forgiveness

In October of 2008, the Chestnut Hill College community created its own Garden of Forgiveness on campus as a sacred place for releasing past hurts, facing oneself and others with forgiveness and repentance, remembering victims of violence throughout our city and world and moving toward healing and reconciliation together for the sake of a new future. The Garden is centrally located on campus and provides a warm and welcoming space for reflection, meditation and conversation.

Forgiveness Resources

Chestnut Hill College’s Institute for Forgiveness and Reconciliation is designed to be a learning laboratory for research and scholarship where forgiveness and reconciliation will be explored as alternatives to violence and conflict in our culture.

There are many ways to explore the topic of Forgiveness and Reconciliation across many disciplines of college research. Logue Library’s blog lists a few.
