The APA-accredited Psy.D. Program in Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill College invites applications for a full-time core faculty position beginning in August 2026. We are seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist with a child-focused specialization. This is a 12-month appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank, as well as tenure-track status, is negotiable.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching two courses per semester across three consecutive semesters
- Serving on dissertation committees
- Providing clinical supervision
- Participating in departmental and College service
- Engaging in ongoing clinical practice, supervision, or consultation

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program and be licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania.
- Formal training in child and family theory and therapy
- Professional experience providing child and family therapy to diverse clients and family constellations
- Professional experience conducting individual therapy with children
- Graduate-level teaching experience (doctoral-level preferred)
- Ability to teach courses in child and family psychology and other systems-informed areas
- Ability to provide systems-informed clinical supervision to students conducting individual, couple, family, or group therapy in practicum settings
- Ability to supervise doctoral dissertations across a range of expertise-related topics
- Ability to integrate cultural assessment, intervention, and considerations throughout teaching, training, and supervision
- Willingness to mentor students pursuing careers in professional practice with children and families
