September 12 at sundown marks the beginning of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish holiday said to mark the creation of life and referred to as the Jewish New Year.
To celebrate, there will be a Rosh Hashanah pop-up at Fournier Cafe featuring dishes inspired by apples and honey to symbolize sweetness and blessings for the new year.
