In the current climate of turbulent change, organizations need leaders who are prepared to manage change and lead their teams and organizations to success. Chestnut Hill College’s MS in Organizational Leadership is designed to prepare current and future managers and leaders to be able to safely navigate change in turbulent times.
Through coursework including leading strategic change, managing risk in the global environment, managing a diverse and global workforce, innovation and technology, and negotiation and conflict resolution, our graduates are prepared to lead in an environment of dynamic change.
As industries adapt to this dynamic environment there are increased needs for well-qualified and educated leaders. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) predicts growth in management positions in core areas from 7-18% in the next decade, well over the national averages, including business and management analysts, human resource and training and development managers, administrative services, general operations, and medical and health services managers. Median salaries range from mid $80k to over $110k in these leadership positions.
Our MS in Organizational Leadership is offered conveniently online for working professionals and those seeking to change or jump-start their careers. As is the hallmark of all CHC programs, our class sizes are small (10-15 students) and our faculty focus on helping our students to succeed in their programs and professions.
