Julia Guerin, Ph.D.

Dr. Guerin is a licensed psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist and faculty member in the Doctor of Psychology Program in Clinical Psychology. She is actively engaged in clinical work conducting neuropsychological assessments of children, adolescents, and young adults with complex developmental and medical histories, particularly those struggling with attention, executive functioning, academic learning, and socioemotional functioning.

Dr. Guerin’s scholarly interests include assessment of cognitive and academic abilities, with a specific interest in the cognitive and environmental factors that contribute to reading development. She also enjoys training and supervising clinical psychology doctoral students. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Clinical Neuropsychology (SCN/APA Division 40), the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology (AACN, Affiliate Member), and the Sports Neuropsychology Society (SNS).
