Spring Fest FAQ

Who is able to attend the concert?

The concert is open to everyone in the CHC community (plus invited guests) – students in all three schools, faculty, staff, and alumni. Please note, all attendees need to be 17 years or older.

How can I get tickets?

Tickets are available online. Students, faculty, and staff will need to login to their MyCHC account and then access tickets through the link here.

Alumni will need to use the link here to access tickets. Please note, ID number is not required.

How much are tickets and how many can I get?

Student tickets are FREE but still need to be reserved by April 17. Each student is able to bring two guests at the cost of $10 per ticket.

Staff/faculty/alumni tickets are $20 and must be purchased in advance. Staff/faculty/alumni are permitted to bring up to four guests at the cost of $20 per ticket.

If I bring a guest, can they stay overnight?

Resident students are permitted to have overnight guests and are expected to inform their roommate of the guest prior to their arrival. Overnight guests are any visitor who is not a resident student (including commuters) or a non-CHC student. Guests are limited to two consecutive nights at a time and a total of 10 nights per semester. All Overnight Guests must be registered at least 24 hours in advance of their visit, using the Overnight Guest Request form on myCHC.

The resident requesting the overnight guest will receive a confirmation email of their form submission to their CHC email address. A member of the Residence Life staff will follow up with the resident regarding any questions or issues with the registration request. Once the overnight guest arrives, they will be accompanied by their host at all times. The host will display their approval email for the overnight guest request to the Security staff at the entrance to the residence hall. The overnight guest will surrender their photo ID to the Officer upon entry to the building and will receive the ID on the way out.

A guest may be removed for failing to abide by College policy and regulations. The host is responsible for the guest’s actions at all times and may lose his/her guest privileges and/or residence status if a guest is involved in violation of college policy.
