BeWell at CHC – Wellness Resources

Oftentimes, college students are so involved and busy with academics, athletics, and campus life that they tend to forget to spend proper time taking care of themselves. At Chestnut Hill College, we acknowledge that wellness is not one size fits all and we offer resources designed to meet students where they are on their wellness journey. Through the framework of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, we help our students prioritize their wellness goals and overall well-being.

This page is meant to help educate students and provide tips on how to take care of themselves – mind, body, spirit, and everything in between. Make sure to bookmark this guide to learn more about the dimensions of wellness and all of the campus and local resources offered that cater to each dimension.
