The steps outlined below include all of the materials needed to implement the program. The materials, which include downloadable power point presentations and activity sheets, are customizable in order to meet the unique needs of your organization.  In addition, contained in the steps below are video segments that describe the program from the perspectives of the interdisciplinary team at CHC responsible for its development and implementation. An overview of the personnel, materials, and suggested time frame for the 5 Step Approach to Implementing the Peer Concussion Education Program can be found in Table 1.
