CHC's Janice Kuklick Quoted in U.S News and World Report

Chestnut Hill College's Janice Kuklick, physical education department chair and instructor, was recently quoted in an article posted on the U.S. News and World Report's website. In the article, which details quality lunchtime workouts, Kuklick as well as celebrity personal trainer Adam Friedman, give their advice and tips on how to make the most out of your lunch hour. Kuklick has been with the CHC staff since 1977 and has been the personification of Griffin athletics ever since. She regularly teaches fitness courses and has coached women's badminton, field hockey and lacrosse at the College. An inductee to the College's Inaugural Athletics Hall of Fame class, Kuklick was a noted lacrosse player during her time at Plymouth Whitemarsh HS and West Chester University. She has been awarded several distinctions and is a member of the USA Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Through Kuklick, CHC students learn the values of a proper diet and nutrition, the importance of exercise and all-around good health tips to help ensure a stress-free academic year. Kuklick's tips, such as the ones in the article, have helped students maintain healthy lifestyles both on and off campus and both during and after graduation.
