“Public Health America” Program Features Interview with Sister Catherine Nerney, SSJ, Ph.D.

On Tuesday, May 10 at 7 p.m. EST, “Public Health America” will feature Sister Catherine Nerney, SSJ, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Religious Studies and Director of the Chestnut Hill College Institute for Forgiveness and Reconciliation.

Hosted by incoming Chestnut Hill College President William Latimer, Ph.D., M.P.H., “Public Health America” is a 30-minute program on BronxNet, a public access cable television station that reaches audiences throughout NYC. In the program, academic experts, community leaders, and artists are interviewed about their work and how their experience of attending college set the stage for their exceptional careers.

Sister Cathy’s segment will be available on YouTube after the airdate. To locate the interview, search for “Public Health America with William Latimer” on YouTube. Future Chestnut Hill College participants will include Dr. LaKeisha Thorpe, Chief Officer for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Dr. Suzanne del Gizzo, Chair of the Center for Integrated Humanities and Professor of English.
