The Marilyn Giacobetti Endowed Scholarship was established in 2014 to honor the life of Marilyn Giacobetti. The scholarship provides partial tuition to a full time student in the School of Undergraduate Studies who meets the following criteria:
- Has a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Demonstrates a need for financial aid
- Is a graduate of a Philadelphia area high school
The scholarship will be awarded to the same student providing that student continues to meet the eligibility requirements. Distribution will be equally divided among four scholarships: one for freshman, sophomore, junior and senior recipients. If no candidate meets the eligibility criteria, Chestnut Hill College will select a full time, undergraduate student with the greatest financial need.
