The Marie C. Keegan '61 Endowed Scholarship was established in 1999 to commemorate the life of Marie C. Keegan, a graduate of the class of 1961. The scholarship provides partial tuition to a full-time student in the School of Undergraduate Studies, who meets the following criteria: ·        

• Has a minimum 3.0 GPA ·        
• Demonstrates a need for financial aid ·        
• Is a Psychology or Elementary Education major ·        
• Is from New Jersey  

The scholarship is for one year with a preference for renewing it to the same recipient for up to four years providing the beneficiary continues to meet the eligibility requirements. If no candidate meets the eligibility criteria, Chestnut Hill College will select a full time, undergraduate student with the greatest financial need.
