Coordinate the production and distribution of digital and print marketing content. Support the communication and marketing team with administrative tasks.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, media and or public relations, or closely related field is required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate ability to multi-task and work as a proactive team player.
- Must be able to proof content, write simple copy and edit photos.
- Knowledge of AP style a plus.
- Coordinate the production and distribution process for print and digital media related to marketing and distribute appropriate content to our advertising and branding vendors.
- Maintain the schedules and provide support for the communication flow in Enrollment Management.
- Support the management of branding assets and the photography database.
- Post content to the website and online calendars as needed.
- Proof content and provide simple copy as needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the Communication and Marketing team on special projects as needed.
