The George J. Hartnett, Jr. Scholarship was established in 1994 to remember George J. Hartnett, Jr. 

The scholarship provides partial tuition to a full-time student in the School of Undergraduate Studies.

The scholarship is for one year for up to four years providing the beneficiary continues to meet the eligibility requirements.
