The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick for the Relief of Emigrants Endowed Scholarship was established by the Society of The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, an organization that promotes Irish culture and education and provides aid to needy persons emigrating from Ireland to the United States. The scholarship provides partial tuition to a full-time undergraduate student, who meets the following eligibility criteria:
- Is from the Delaware Valley Region
- Participates in a Chestnut Hill College-sponsored study abroad travel to Ireland related to academic or service programs
