CHC assistant professor of political science, Jeffrey Carroll, Ph.D., will be the special guest speaker for Akita Univeristy, Japan, and the series on the 2020 Election they are hosting. Dr. Carroll will speak on 10/20 on the topic of protests in America and the world and the impact these have on politics throughout the world.
