Take 15 minutes in the middle of your week to literally pause – step away from your phone and your email – and take a deep breath. Each week, a new member of our community will preach – offering their thoughts, insights, and wisdom to recenter, motivate and inspire. We sometimes feel like we’re just going through the motions. This is the ideal space to break the busyness, reconnect to yourself, listen to another’s perspective and refocus to what matters most.
