Our New Student Orientation is designed to help incoming first year and transfer students transition to college. It is essential for new students to get acclimated with campus resources, such as student life, academics, athletics, and academic advising.
You must complete all placement tests before January 6th. If you cannot complete your placement testing, there will be some availability to help you complete them on the day of New Student Orientation.
Our financial aid and student account services will also be available to answer your questions, and to help you finalize your financial plans for the spring semester.
Registration for the event will begin at 9:30AM in St. Joseph’s Hall.
If you cannot make it to this new student orientation, please ensure you’ve completed all placement tests, submitted all forms on MyCHC checklist and have a payment plan set up. New Students with a balance and no payment plan will not be allowed to move into their residence hall on move-in weekend (January 14-15th).
If you have further questions, please reach out to the admissions office at 215-248-7001 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
