The Mission Formation Program welcomes new members of administration, faculty and staff through a semester-long cohort experience. The program has five components: Mission Orientation, three Mission Formation Conversations and a final Community Reflection. Mission Formation Conversations are open to all members of the Chestnut Hill College Community as opportunities of exploration and growth, designed to deepen one’s experience of our shared mission and core values.
