The Institute for Forgiveness and Reconciliation of Chestnut Hill College welcomes you to its fall skill development morning on Friday, October 25, 2019. The workshop, entitled EMPATHY: Toward Deeper Understanding and Practice with Dr. Scott Browning, Ph.D., renowned scholar, distinguished author, and esteemed counselor. 

Empathy is a necessary human quality to fully engage the other in a helping manner.  Often, people feel they understand how to demonstrate Empathy. However, as an area of Dr. Browning’s expertise, he will offer participants new understanding of the specific nature and guiding techniques of achieving empathy as an essential tool in building relationships.

The workshop will feature a 20-minute lecture, followed by an important skill-building exercise.
