Description of the Netflix film Stray Bullet:

Four years ago, a young girl named Genesis Rincon was killed in Paterson, New Jersey when a stray bullet struck her in the head.  The streets of Patterson, not unlike those in other metropolitan cities, are rife with violence.  The death of this young girl, however, became a sort of rallying cry enough is enough.  Three young men stood trial for her murder which resulted in a hung jury. The defendants accepted a plea deal in lieu of a second trial. At the end of the film and the trial, many were left wondering if those who accepted responsibility for the crime were are in fact guilty. The film exposed troubling truths about law and justice.
