Our Rental Rates Include

• Exclusive use of the venue (one wedding reception per day)
• Five (5) hours for your reception, plus an additional two (2) hours beforehand for decorating*
• Complimentary one-hour phone consultation with our professional event planner
• Dedicated venue coordinator, security and housekeeping staff
• The luxurious Chateau bridal suite (for wedding reception at The Commonwealth Chateau at SugarLoaf)
• The SugarLoaf Hill estate or the historic Chestnut Hill College campus as a backdrop for your photos
• Tables, chairs and setup for the reception**
• Free onsite parking

*Additional setup time prior to the reception is billed at $75 per hour at St. Joseph Hall and $100 per hour at The Chateau at SugarLoaf, based on availability.

A certificate of liability insurance for each day of the event is required by the College. This is available at a nominal cost and protects both you and the College from claims in case of personal injury or accidents. Please contact our events team for specific requirements.
