Rental Rates Include

Our Rental Rates Include

  • Four (4) hours for your event, plus an additional two (2) hours beforehand for decorating*
  • Dedicated venue coordinator, security and housekeeping staff
  • Tables, chairs and setup
  • Free WiFi
  • Free onsite parking

*Additional hours for decorating and setup are billed at $75 per hour at St. Joseph Hall and $100 per hour at The Chateau at SugarLoaf, based on availability.

  • Podium with detachable handheld microphone
  • Up to four (4) microphones: handheld, ear set or table mounted

Catering

Event Insurance

A certificate of liability insurance for each day of the event is required by the College. This is available at a nominal cost and protects both you and the College from claims in case of personal injury or accidents. Please contact our events team for specific requirements.
