The Center for Natural and Behavioral Sciences at Chestnut Hill College invites applications for the position of Adjunct Professor for the Undergraduate Chemistry Department. The applications are reviewed regularly, and positions filled as needed per semester.
Courses include General Chemistry/General Chemistry Lab, Organic Chemistry/Organic Chemistry Lab, Toxicology, Introduction to Biochemistry, Biochemistry/Biochemistry Lab and Introduction to Forensic Chemistry. Chestnut Hill College offers majors in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Forensic Chemistry in addition to supporting degree requirements in other natural science majors at the College.

Responsibilities:
- Teach chemistry courses in support of the majors in the Center for Natural and Behavioral Sciences.
- Contribute to departmental duties such as assessment of the major and curriculum development.
- Perform usual duties associated with a part-time faculty appointment.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in chemistry or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Prepared to teach undergraduate courses in their area of expertise.
- Ability to work well with students from diverse backgrounds.
