The Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Digital Communication prepares professionals for leadership in digital communication by advancing their skills in creating, managing, and evaluating corporate and community media messages.
While still grounded in familiar communication theories and practices, this new program has been designed and built with a singular focus on NEW digital and social media. All of the courses focus on new digital media theory and practice vs. outdated media practices found in more traditional public communication or journalism programs.
This degree is offered COMPLETELY ONLINE and in an accelerated eight-week format with two, eight-week sessions each fall, spring, and summer semester. Students can complete the degree in six semesters or 24 months.
