Chestnut Hill faculty and staff will join their musical talents to fundraise for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the ALS Association in memory of Dennis McCloskey, brother of Kathleen McCloskey, SSJ, M.M.Ed., chair of the Art, Art History, Music, and Music Education department. “An Evening of Jazz Standards” will take place on May 4, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown. The concert will feature Edward Strauman, Ph.D., associate professor of music and Yamaha Artist/Educator, Mary Hagenbach, student ambassador coordinator, Chris Kuczynski, adjunct music faculty at Chestnut Hill, and local musician Ron Olmi.
