Institute for Religion and Science Lecture- Celia Deane-Drummond of the University of Notre Dame

Celia Deane-Drummond, professor of theology at the University of Notre Dame presents the lecture, “Christ and Ecology: Deep Incarnation” on Thursday, October 25 at 7 p.m. at the Commonwealth Chateau, SugarLoaf campus. This lecture is sponsored by the Institute for Religion and Science at Chestnut Hill College.

In her talk, Deane- Drummond hopes to discuss the significance of deep incarnation and its distinguishing marks compared with a more generalised understanding of God’s presence or immanence in creation.
