You are invited to Streak (with your clothes on!)
10 days of exercise for 10 - 30 minutes or more
If you are looking for a way to get you motivated to move a little bit more this year, commit to Streakin’.
We are starting slowly with a 10 day streak in February, then a 20 day streak in March and ending with a 30 day streak in April. You can do one, two or all three streaks if you like and you can do anywhere from 10-30 minutes (or more), If you miss a day, you jump back in the next day and start your streak all over again. We will be using a form that you download to record your activity every day you are Streakin’. You will turn in the form to me at the end of the 10 days. Sounds like fun and maybe just what you need to get you jump started to a healthier lifestyle. Hopefully, you will start feeling the benefits and will continue even when the Streakin’ is up. You can do any form of exercise as long as it is for at least 10- 30 minutes; walking, jogging, yoga, skiing, weight lifting, rope jumping, pilates, karate, fit ball, boxing, dancing, swimming, calisthenics, skating, biking, hiking ,exercise videos or exercise apps. or any combination, etc, etc. Must be time spent specifically on exercise, though.
See who will be able to complete the streak over the 10 days!
Let me know if you are willing to commit to some daily activity over these 10 days by entering in the program and I will enter you on the Streakin’ list. I will then send you a few very easy instructions so that you will be ready to go on Monday, February 15
