2009 Women’s Soccer Wrap-Up Philadelphia, PA – (12/8/2009) – The Griffins welcomed Dominican College to campus on Tuesday, November 3, and in doing so the women’s soccer team became the College’s first program to host a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Tournament contest. Postseason Accolades Continue for Riiff; Named Second Team All-Region Bridgeport, CT – (11/17/2009) – The postseason recognition for sophomore forward Lauren Riiff (Clementon, N.J.) continues, as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Year garnered a second team selection on the Daktronics, Inc. East Region Women’s Soccer Team. The Daktronics, Inc. All-Region Teams are chosen from a ballot of student-athletes from the CACC, East Coast Conference, and Northeast 10 Conference by sports information directors of collegiate institutions nationwide.
