Break Housing Application

 

Please mark the box for the housing break option you are interested in applying for.  You have to apply for each break separately. A late fee of $25 will be charged to any student applying and approved to stay after the deadline.  Application deadlines for each break are listed below:

 

Thanksgiving Break    Due 11/12/12

Criteria for Break Housing

You must meet at least one of the criteria below to be eligible for break housing.  You can not apply for break housing due to off-campus employment.  Choose the applicable criteria for your request and provide the additional information required for your choice.

Policies and Procedures for Break Housing

  • No guests (overnight or other) are allowed during the break period for any resident, except family or other approved break residents.
  • All Chestnut Hill College and Residence Life policies remain in effect during the break period.
  • Meals will be provided for athletes and international students only.  The resident student meal plan is not in effect during break periods.
  • Students may be relocated to another residence hall for break housing periods.
