Below is a checklist of steps to help you complete all transfer process into Chestnut Hill College.
Submit your application
Completing your application online is the quickest and most convenient method. You can also download and print the application from your computer or request to have one sent to your home address. Click here to apply.
Send in your college transcripts
Once you have submitted your application, you should send official transcripts as soon as possible from all colleges/universities you have previously attended. If you have not yet completed 24 college credits, you will be required to submit your official high school transcripts and SAT/ACT scores as well.
Complete your FAFSA
We encourage you to complete your FAFSA soon after the form becomes available on January 1st of each year. Pennsylvania residents must complete the FAFSA by May 1st deadline in order to be eligible for PHEAA state grants. Chestnut Hill College's FAFSA code is 003245. Submit your enrollment deposit
Upon acceptance to Chestnut Hill College, students should reserve their space for the upcoming semester by submitting an enrollment deposit. Enrollment deposits are non-refundable after May 1st for fall semesters and after December 15 for spring semesters. Click here to enroll.
